Nothing says summer in Madison like an afternoon at the Terrace!
On the afternoon of July 25, our group, along with some students from the Theoretical Chemistry Institute, spent a relaxing and fun time at the Memorial Union Terrace by Lake Mendota.
We celebrated summer (already halfway gone!), reflected on our achievements over the past year, and appreciated all the exciting research and life events happening right now. We also celebrated the little things—beautiful weather, great conversations, and the joy of catching up with old friends and making new ones.
We look forward to more gatherings like this and warmly welcome more members to join us in the future. Here’s to more science, sunshine, and memories by the lake!
